Just resize it to 32x32 pixels length and height you don't need any special code things it's the same as 16x16 but different res.

If you use GIMP, this is very useful plugin for resizing multiple images all at once.

BIMP. Batch Image Manipulation Plugin

I also recommend Gimp, it's free, and awesome

To change to 32x32, just texture 32x textures instead of 16x. Just open up one of the default 16x16 textures in Gimp, dirt, for example. Then go to Image > Scale Image > 32x32 > Interpolation = None.

Overwrite the default 16x16 dirt with the 32x32 dirt you made, with exactly the same name and image format.

Jason347xI suggest the photo editting program, GIMP. It's a professional photo editting program (as in you can combine photos and make detailed things to make you appear flying or something) Instead of the Microsoft Paint program, if you up the amount of pixels, it actually give the texture more detail, instead of making the newly added pixels white and empty.

You cant find the program download at http://www.gimp.org
Once there, in the upper right hand corner, click "Downloads" then look for the "GIMP Download 2.8.10" link in orange. Have fun!

*Upon downloading it, the set-up and starting the program take a few moments, as there are MANY tools to use.

nah im fine i kind of want to make my texture uniqueish

With this you can, there are tools to make really detailed textures, I use it all the time for resource packs.

Also, when saving pictures, if it's an edit of a picture you already have, if you don't want it to save separately, click "File" and "overwrite InsertPictureNameHere.png" Otherwise, click "Export as" and follow the instructions from there
