How to place a "corner stair" with "/setblock"

How and the world can I do this with the setblock command?

Hmmm try looking directly at it in not very good with Setblock if it was world edit I'd be your guy

Sorry for the late response, I also have World Edit in my hands, do you know of the ID to place a corner stair with W/E ?
