This error indicates a problem loading the IGuiHandler class from the Forge libraries. Check compatibility between mod and Forge versions. Update them to the latest versions or make sure they are compatible with the version of Forge you have installed.

(And 1.7.10 is very buggy now days o-o)

I'm not a coding expert, but i've had that happen before, remove all your mods, and put them back in 1 by 1 untill it happens again. that fixed it for me. (also, get rid of the mod that causes the problem) Hope this helped.
