A Farce
I'm using the mods EvilOcean, Optifine, ShipsMod, And Koadmasters Pirates mod and it starts up all fine. but when I join a game it does the unsupported modified version crash and here's the report too.

Eviloceans is causing the crash,apparently this crash happens when two mods try to decorate the same block during world gen so i would guess it and Koadmasters Pirates mod are trying to generate something on the same block
things to try >
restart your game and try again
remove optifine until you have fully loaded the world because that affects
sometimes its a seed/world issue so try generating a new world
also its advised to dedicate at least 2GB memory to your game when running modded so change that Xmx1G to a Xmx2G if you have the memory to spare
