Make a block only collidable for a specific entity

Hello everyone. Here is my issue: I don't know how to make a bloc only collidable for players. I try to create a mod with MCreator, but when I test it arrows can cross it which is very annoying because I want to make a shield which stop projectiles and not players. I thought about this: when sth cross the block, the command /kill arrows is trigerred, but I only want the arrows crossing the shield to disappear. Any help would be great.
