Mcedit for 1.13?

I just wanted to upload another thing and wanted to extract it by mcedit but now it seems so that mcedit does not work for the new 1.13 version anymore. The world can be loaded but now blocks are shown. Sadly because I prefered the old mcedit look to the new one but also the last mcedit 2.0 version (5 month old) cannot load the world. It shows a world but gives a crash report soon. I have worked with mcedit (and nothing else) for more than 5 years and it seems so that only a few people are still developing mcedit so is there a replacement or will there be a fix (soon)?

Nice to know I'm not the only one having trouble MCEditing my 1.13 world.

It seems so, that there will not be a McEdit for 1.13 because the last update changed to much to update McEdit. The Developers of McEdit moved on and started a new editor - the Amulet Editor - which is going to be something like a new McEdit for 1.13++. See here for news.

Depending on what you used MCEdit for there might be an alternative in NBTExplorer. I mostly used MCEdit myself to access the NBT data of objects and entities in the game, and NBTExplorer can do that as well, even with 1.13.
Another very important improvement in Minecraft for this is the /data command.
Of course if you wanted to use MCEdit to actually edit your world then this obviously doesn't apply.

i think many minecraft devolopers andplayers have moved on from minecraft and after a long wait the 1.13 update came out and its awesome...gave the game a whole new life, but the old days where minecraft come out with a update and the developers would quickly update all the plugins and other softwares have kinda faded...id love to see a working version of mcedit for 1.13 but im not holding my breath

No offense intended but I get the impression that you have no idea how much 1.13 has changed the game. It's not "just" a different way of using commands or adding and removing a few other commands. Some sections of the game have been completely re-designed and were rewritten from the ground up. That is huge. And also the reason why many bugs got fixed, including some which bugged players for years (ever since 1.8).
So here's the problem: because of the massive changes in the games code many other projects which extended on Minecraft now had to cope with those changes as well. To put this simple: Minecraft 1.13 is way more incompatible with the previous version than 1.12 is. So depending on the complexity of the project it's going to take them quite some time to sort this out.

Well it seems so that people are working on it; that's good but where do you see ab unstable version for 1.13. Just 2 weeks ago (see your first posted link) a developer says that they are just going to start working for any 1.13 support.
Also you can just download a not built version of the current developing version - I have no python so I cannot run it.

I bet you didn't even read the instructions, needs python to run.

Well I hope so; if not I will never be able to upload anything here until this is fixed except a complet update for the rp world....

as far as i know there EVENTUALLY will be support for 1.13. but there is no support for it right now. minecraft has entirely reworked its internal's so MCedit will have to change a lot to work w/ 1.13/
