Hello fellas,
I guess most of you won't remember me, because I haven't played Minecraft since almost two years. Whatsoever, I've bought this game in early Alpha and still like it.
Spent quite some time on my own server having a great time. But then, it was when Majong first mentioned the new Survival mode (which I yet haven't tried once), I took a break - until now. And here I am. Boughty myself a new Notebook (GTX 660M), and seen a lot of Minecraft videos having outstanding graphics. And before I'll get my hands on 1.5, I'd like to get the best possible graphic setup possible.
What are the (currently) best graphic mods you do know?
- water shaders
- sun lightning effects
- moving grass/leaves
- shadows
- high-res TPs
Anything which makes it look awesome while still keeping the lovely blocky style.
I'm looking forward to hear your suggestions.

I guess this with a 256x256 photorealism TP should work fine on my 660M and i5.

Seus is most likely your best bet, there really aren't any other ones, high def. textures can be cool something (photorealism etc.).

and GSLS shaders mod are
the best mods that make Minecraft's graphics really better
But are you sure your computer can handle the lag and significant amount of FPS drop it is going to create
ex:
I usually have 120 FPS in Minecraft
but when I installed these shaders
my FPS is 10.I uninstalled the mods a minute later
but if your computer is powerful enough this
mod is the one for you.
