Minecraft Forge Problem (Help!)

So basically, forge is telling me that i have multiple of the same thing. I have no idea how to fix this,
as i have already tried searching for those two files throughout my computer.

nvm i was able to fix it with a single folder :D
If you go to your mods directory (%appdata%\.minecraft\mods) you have the main directory but also several subdirs. usually they have the same name as Minecraft versions. Question: are those empty?
Seems a bit odd to have mods around which are used for different versions of Minecraft, therefor I'm wondering if that could have any influence here.
What version of Forge / Minecraft are you trying to use anyway?
