So, as this really long title suggests, I need a PC that can run Minecraft 1.7.10 with about 14-15 PvP mods installed, on 32-256x packs, recorded, medium to max settings, with discord, multiple google chrome tabs open, paint.net, and some files open, all at 200-500+ fps. And although it isn't that important to me, I would prefer an intel prossesor, and I DEFINETLY WANT TO BUILD THIS. My budget is around 400-750 US Dollars, and I need for this to be figured out before December of 2017, any later, unless I say otherwise, is pointless. I bet you're thinking that anything over 60-75 fps is pointless, but I need it if I want shaders, and if I lag spike, I can't visually notice. PcPartPicker would be the most convenient for me, and thanks!

Guys thank you so much! I have a lot to work with, and more suggestions are always welcome! Btw, some ppl are suggesting AMD processors, and some Intel, any fanboi s of either, please describe why either AMD or Intels are better.

If you're doing anything more than just gaming, there isn't a reason to go Intel right now. AMD's new processors trade a little bit of game performance for either a massively lower price or significantly more productivity performance (streaming, rendering, etc.).

What would the second one do that would want me to spend that extra money?

The CPU has 8C/16T compared to the first build's 4C/8T, and the graphics card is close to twice as fast. The extra CPU cores will help you do heavy multitasking (streaming, rendering while playing a game, etc.), and the better GPU does exactly what you'd think. :)

What would my FPS be for the needs I said on the doubled budget PC 1.5x more? 2x? <1.5? And what would the amount of chrome tabs or folders open be changed by the RAM doubling. Also, what does the motherboard change? And what does GPU change? I actually don't know. Im new in PC building, All ik is that mc needs CPU as its main income.

YouTube has a large amount of benchmark videos showcasing both graphics cards - some even pit them against each other for a perfect way to compare them. The GTX 1080 is significantly better than the GTX 1060, but whether it's worth the extra money is up to you. I suggest looking through some to determine if the upgrade is worth it. It's simply not possible to estimate the number of Chrome tabs or Explorer windows you'll be able to open, but it's safe to say that with at least 8GB, you can comfortably open as many as you'll likely ever need. 16GB or more is ideal for heavy multitasking, but 8 will be enough for what you plan to do.

If anyone says you need 5 grand for a computer that meets your expectations, they don't know what they're talking about. This is Minecraft at 1080p 200+ FPS with 256 Sphax on a shader a friend and I are working on, the system this was benchmarked on was a $1000 laptop with a mobile 3 gig 1060.

You're kidding right? A 1060 can get that performance out of Minecraft with shaders, you do not need that much money. Mine is only $1,700 and gets better performance than that. Do you really know enough of what you're talking about to be able to suggest this stuff? Because your hardware recommendations would nowhere near reach the 5 grand you suggested, that's just ridiculous. I know PCs are expensive and Minecraft is poorly optimized but you're either trolling to make this guy spend more money than he needs to or you're just not intelligent.
