Need help with creating custom items and entities for MC map (commands)

Hello, I'm creating an MC map and I want to add some new items and entities. for the entities, I'll use some bases like witches, villagers, and zombies. How can I have it done using commands or else? I will appreciate your quick response. ;)

There's loads of cool command generators here: https://www.gamergeeks.nz/apps/minecraft/mob-generator/summon-villager I would recommend using a few of those. Although if you want custom textures then you will probably need optifine or a datapack.

Actually you dont need datapack for those, but need a resourcepack so the textures changed

For a custom item, you can give an item with the same functionality, then use CustomModelData to different them. now you just need to create an item model the same as the item that we talk before, then create something like this
(the handheld_rod can be changed to anything else)
then create a normal item model in the destination and done.
Now for custom entities, it's a bit complicated, as it needs a path detector, visual, and more, so I wont explain it.

for the tutorial i dont found any, although you can search people work who make custom "AI"

There are a few people who create their own "AI" but you can use already mob "AI", then put all armor stand you want to create different visual.
