Plugin Help Maybe Request

Hey guys, not to sure on this stuff and I have looked for a long time but I need a plugin that can spawn mobs when a player is X amount of blocks away. I want to be able to change the mobs that are spawning so say 4 zombies spawn with like iron armor in in another case 2 skeletons with diamond swords. Hope you guys understand and know of a plugin. Sorry about this being a bit mumbled and esspecially > THANKS FOR READING . Peace out

If I could code plugins I would make this for you.. But I can't, Not in my skill set, However there is a way to do this with command blocks, and The only reason I know this is because a staff member decided it was funny to spawn Zombies around players with them.
