I'm thinking about making a server. I was wondering if anyone knew some good plugins for:

1. Protecting all blocks the maker of the server--and those with permission--places automatically. I would also like it if I could make certain blocks breakable, so they would drop their drops, then be replaced (ex. I'm making a prison server and I want a tree farm).

2. Letting only the people on a certain rank or above that rank enter an area of my prison.

3. PVP zones and PVP safe zones.

4.Letting only people on a certain rank own a shop (Shop=chest that you take things out of, I think it comes with iconomy, right? Does iconomy let you make only people on a certain rank own a chest/shop?).
