I've recently Decided to start up a bukkit server, but first I need help with the config files.
I want to make it so that I, and only I can open up inventories with /openinv.
Do I type my name After the colon in usage or is there a different place to do that at? also do I put a space after the colon and then my name or no? DO I type after the line or no? please answer I really need help in order to start my server.

Usage is what is shown to you when you use the command without any arguments.
For example, if you typed /oi, and you put "/oi <name>" in the usage section, it would show to you in chat something like "Correct usage: /oi <name>"
What you are trying to do is give yourself permission to the command, you will need a permissions plugin if you do not already have one. These permission nodes are posted on where you got your plugin, usually in the description, in a wiki or documentation.
