Technic modpack - Millénaire modcheck_box

(Hopefully this is them correct forum category, administrators feel free to relocate to the correct category if better suits)
I've tried making a Technic modpack with Millénaire mod but it doesn't seem to be working. I've followed different YouTube tutorials.
Whenever I run my downloaded modpack, it's just vanilla Minecraft without any mods. I have the folder structure:
The mod downloads and installs without issue. But when launching, the mod won't show.
Please can you guys help? Kind regards,

modpack.jar (forge 1.12.2) - config
- mods
millenaire-8.1.0.jar

I'm not sure where you are downloading this pack from ? ....... however, you can soon see if you have Forge running correctly because it'll show the forge brand at the bottom left - see pic :
If you don't see the Forge brand, then your mods are not going to work.
If you don't see the Forge brand, then your mods are not going to work.
