Exclamation point in username for you PC
thats a minecraft no no, change your PC's username if possible via control panel in windows... that is if you have windows OS
then reinstall Minecraft.

Your PC's username contains an exclamation point (Johnnyyy!), which isn't allowing Minecraft to run. Because of a bug in Java, special characters are not allowed to be in paths to programs running with Java (such as Minecraft). Follow the instructions found in this article to fix the problem.

It looks like you're missing a file, it must have somehow got deleted or the system cant find it. The easiest way to fix this to re-install Minecraft. Make sure you have your save files and resources packs saved before you do it because you might lose them.
