How do I change Villager's texture if it has a specific name (Using Optifine/MCPatcher)?

You need to create optifine/random/entity/villager folder in assets/minecraft folder in your resourcepack.
Every texture is named as proffesion of the villager, so for butcher it will be butcher2 and butcher.properties file code will look like this:
skins.1=2
name.1=<CustomNameHere>
