This is a fairly recent glitch i'v been having where after playing long enough, my screen will start to tear, picture below, and then the window will just close, normally without a crash report.


This only happens to me when i use optifine, and i can't seem to find anything online to help me solve this. I'v been using optifine for a few months, but this problem has only been happening to me for a few weeks.
Before the crash i would use optifine 1.7.5 but i then got 1.7.2 so i could use liteloader for macromods. Soon after this was my first crash of this type. I changed back to 1.7.5 optifine, but i also kept the 1.7.2 installed for liteloader.

Any insight on this problem, also note that when i use optifine i have everything lowered and my fps is about 80. below is my laptops information:
