Which does the pubic prefer? Creative or survival servers?

Hey all. My friend and I were thinking about what type of server it should be. Either survival or creative? I'm too lazy to look up other threads with this, so please comment! The server would be a 24/7 no lag portforwarded hosted awesome server. Please help!
