Would be sort of cool to know if there is a specific resource pack exists. Is there some sort of resource pack that makes Minecraft stay the same like if the textures were stuck to version 1.7.0's? If there isn't thats fine, I'll try and make my own.
Correct me if I'm wrong but is Programmer's Art able to replicate that feeling or is like the same thing I'm talking about?

Programmer Art does do that, but it only applies to the blocks that were here before 1.14
