I really need help, I played yogbox and suddenly when i opened a chest, the screen started blinking and i heard likewhite noise, and all the other sounds in yogbox sounded like they had an "alien" sound filter. I paniced and pressed alt + f4 (i realized it was a bad decision). But then when I logged in again, I spawned at the original spawn point (not in the bed) and i had 3 hearts again (before i had 13) all the stuff i had in my inventory was gone. I really had important stuff in my inventory and there is no way im gonna get it all again... i had played on that world for ages.

Anyways, i tried to install toomanyitems to get all my stuff back, but when i logged in it was like i never installed it. Can someone help me how I can get my stuff back or install any inventory editor? (i installed the right version of tmi i think, i installed it for mc 1.2.2/1.2.3)
