I am not sure if you need help anymore but since you said you have a just installed a new router it is possible your routers firewall is on the highest setting which might be causing your connection issue. I could easily be wrong here but it dose not hurt to check your routers firewall setting through your web browser.

(if you don't know) you can login to your router through your web browser, you will have to google the address for your routers make and model and login to it. It might be the default login information but if it isn't you can go look at the back of the router or the instruction that came with it and there will be login information there. If it is default it will be

password: password
most of the time.
