Server crashing

My server crashes every once in a while and has no crash logs when it happens. And when I check my memory usage it's always using 1gb of the alloted 4gbs. So it's not running out of memory I don't think. Anyone have any idea?
Edit: I found this error when It happens:
[io.netty.util.internal.MacAddressUtil] Failed to find a usable hardware address from the network interfaces; using random bytes: (string of letters and numbers I won't post)

Reading the error all i can see is theres a problem with your network adapter and resetting it might work but thats the best you can do if you cant change it

See, that would make sense except I'm using a hosting site and everyone on the server is affected not just me

if its a hosting site, download the worlds and if you have plugins download them too and then create a new server and delete thw world in your new server and upload your old world make sure to keep atleast 2 copies of your world to avoid problems
