Server keeps going offline.

my minecraft server keeps going down every few hours but I even had my hosting provider look and they cant figure it out. This is what comes up.

Also check that the plugins you have are compatible with Java 17 since 1.18 servers REQUIRE java 17.

What is the server type? If Bukkit, what's the fork (e.g. Spigot, Paper, Tuinity)?
What are the plugins (if the server is Bukkit-based)?
I would suggest to temporarily remove all plugins and add them individually to narrow down the problem by pinpointing the exact plugin that's causing the issue. With this way, if a certain plugin stops the server unexpectedly, you now know which plugin to blame.

Thats the issue ive taken out any plugins causing errors or warnings. But the server has over 50 plugins i've tried removing and adding many of them. Server runs 1.18.1 spigot btw.

Here's what I meant:
Let's say that in your server, you have Plugin A, Plugin B, and Plugin C.
You have all of them installed on your server.
Suddenly, your server shut down for no reason.
You temporarily remove all the plugins on your server and you add them one by one.
You started with Plugin A.
You installed Plugin A on your server. Plugin A is the only plugin installed.
Server seems to be running fine.
Plugin B follows.
You remove Plugin A first, then you install Plugin B. Plugin B is the only plugin installed.
Server also seems to be running just fine.
Last will be Plugin C.
Just like the previous ones, you remove plugin B, and add Plugin C. Plugin C is the only plugin installed.
Server shut down with only Plugin C installed.
Conclusion: Plugin C has a server shutdown issue, will report the issue to the plugin author, and will need to be replaced.
If you've tried all that and the issue persists, try increasing "max-tick-time" if the shutdown is caused by the Server Watchdog.
If the issue still persists, consider making a thread on SpigotMC Forums or r/Admincraft.
