Hey Reality_, just follow the instructions below!
How to add a Profile Picture to your PMC account:
So, to add a PFP for PMC, just go to your profile, hover over your where your pfp shows up, click on the icon that looks like a little notebook on the top-right corner of the box for your pfp, click the edit button next to the box that shows up with your pfp, then chose the file you want(as long as it follows the following rules (Allowed Formats: .png, .jpg, .jpeg, .gif | Maximum Size: 350kb) and click save!
