The Planet Minecraft rules say that links to projects are allowed, as well as members who also contribute non-commercial value to the community. If we're talking texture packs, would having a free version but also providing a way to pay for a higher quality version be allowed or disallowed?

This part of the rules just seems a little vague in this specific instance, so I wanted to make sure whether it was okay or not before I went through with it.
