You should send in a ticket directly to mods.
Otherwise you can link the project from somewhere else and state in the discription that it's sponsored.

A ticket here I'm not really sure what you mean by mods channel unless you happened to be on discord or something
**Most likely youll have to use the whitelisted sites. Your case is a little different with a sponsor but they might tell you the same thing anyway, heads up
