How to create a collection

It's been a while since I created a new collection and now I forgot how to create one and I can't find the create button, how could I do that?

go to home> my collection> new

i dont see any option like that, could you send a screenshot?

it's been like a year but click on that nice little house icon RIGHT THERE at the top left corner-ish and look at your right there's a flipping "MY COLLECTIONS" drop down bar and flipping CLICK ON IT and then click on "NEW"
