In Need of Assistance with Profile Banner!
I would like to say in advance, thank you for taking the time to read this forums post. I greatly appreciate the help!
To start off, I'm new on this website, and I immediately wanted to start decorating my profile page! I tried to implement a custom profile banner on my page, and yet it didn't seem to work. I even resized images to where they were the suggested pixel height and width, and yet they did not load. All I saw was a blurry white image right after loading in the file. After saving and refreshing, the image still did not load (it was a black image). I'm so confused on how to get this fixed, and so I turned to the forums to get some assistance. I will try every solution I get, and hopefully one will work!

I already have, countless times, it's 980 x 175, I specifically re-sized the image to be that way, and yet it still does this.

I had to link it, yet it'll still take you to the image. You can download it from there ^^

I downloaded the image of Google, I didn't make it myself. May that be the issue?

I used a website to re-size the image itself.
