Unable to upload skins to PMC

It's been years since I've posted a skin. I created one recently and tried to upload/publish it live, but it keeps telling me to fix my issue below (but doesn't tell me what the issue is). The file is png and the skin is a simple cute fruit character with clothes I made. I also tried to click save where the skin file is uploaded (before posting live) then it refreshed the page and everything I typed and uploaded is cleared.
Info:
-Not a HD skin, just a regular skin
-On PC
Edit:
-Is a .png file
What I tried:
-Logging out and logging back in
-Clearing cache

Oh, you typed it already sorry. Hmm, what I would do is clear browser cookies (though you said you cleared cache). If that doesn't work, I would also inspect the file on Paint.NET (you'll have to install the program), and see if the file dimensions are off (is the file 64 x 64 pixels?).
It's probably the file dimensions, which is why your skin is being rejected.

also try using the skin one some other service where you can draw skins to check if it is displayed

It is a .png file and it uploaded fine to another site. hmm

try resaving then upload, also try it on a different account, if no then idk, could also be browser issue, so use a different one

When I click save to the upload after uploading the skin, the whole page refreshes and clears everything.

are you perhaps using an ad blocker? I've had issues doing stuff with mine on, if you have, disabling temporary might do the trick

After reading your reply I disabled my adblocker, but it still has the same issue. It tells me to fix my issue below but doesn't tell me what the issue is D:
