As long as you make your own art, skins, builds, ect then its ok. It's only bad if it looks the excact same.

As long as you are posting your own art, or your own builds, then there should be no reason for anyone to mistake it with any other post. Stealing somebody else's work and posting it, will result in a ban.

No, even if you copy an idea as long as you just make a skin by urself, ur good.
But if you like download a cool skin and upload it, aka skin stealing, thats a big no no.
So the red blue gamer skin thing is all the same skin by 1 person, but they copied it, as in reposted it.

The submission will get taken down and you'll be notified. Repeated moderations can result in bans. You shouldn't need to worry about this though, because 1) all moderators are humans and will let accidents slide, 2) two submissions have to be extremely similar for one to be considered stolen and 3) all your published content is original and there is no way that someone else could have published a near identical submission before you do, riiiiiiiight? ;) xD
