You could using features. But that'd require you to use only normal blocks. By that i mean blocks without nbt. So you cannot make a tree that for example contains a chest in it. You can read more about it on the wiki.

Technically, you could use a chest, but not one with anything inside it, although I doubt saying this will help with anything.

Alright. Then you should probably read in the wiki how to do it. you could do it using something called minecraft "Features" . Read an article about it or the wiki. As i sadly cannot help you much further than that
