What do i do about people stealing my work reuploading it and not giving credit

if you hover over the external download link its says: your about to leave planet minecraft to this link: www.planetminecraft.com/data-pack/minecraft-but-when-you-jump-tnt-spawns/download/file/14030619/
which is my datapack, the other user made his own post and changed thumbnail and no credit given, how can i solve this issue?

If you report the submission then the moderators will check if the submission breaks the rules and if it does then we will remove it. I've removed the post.
