Use [ simg], it resizes the image. Just a handy tip.
To post a project or adventure map, go to mediafire, upload an archive of your world folder. These can be found here:
1. Hit the Windows button in the lower-left corner
2. Type %appdata%
3. Look for a .minecraft
4. Go to saves
5. Find the world save
Then, hit he projects tab. A nifty reel of popular projects should be showing, underneath that, should be a button that says "Upload Your Project". Click that button, start editing the page your project will appear on. All the way at the bottom should be a "World Download URL". Just post the mediafire link to your archived project.
There you go!

Firstly welcome! Anyway to find the world saves go to your search bar in the start thing on windows (bottom left of screen) type in %appdata% and then click .minecraft then go to saves and open the corresponding world save. These are your world save files. In case that was too confusing then search it on YouTube
