Brighter water

The extreme hills biome has really become one of the most impressive biomes in Minecraft. It has really developed in this new update with snow and such. The formations you can find are amazing and are a greater place for building. But there is one thing that will really make biome great. Brighter Water.
As you can see the water is much "bluer" that regular water. This is because the minerals that are in the mountains surrounding the lake. This would be very cool if it could be added in Minecraft. Like water in swamps in darker, water in extreme hills biomes could be brighter.

Not a bad reasoning for it, I support this idea actually, but not as a mod, cause that is silly.
Actually, it could probably be implemented fairly easy now that I think about it. They have swamp colored water, so they could just color it a lighter blue around the mountain biomes.
But this isn't minecraft, though a mod that does this would be awesome.
