My animation is a .mani and it cant be uploaded to youtube. Can you tell me how to convert it safely?

Isn't .mani the mineimator filetype? If so: Render it, save as AVI or .MOV
I'd also recommend learning Blender, it's a lot better for animations.
If .mani is some strange video file, import it to an editor that accepts the format, and rerender it as an acceptable filetype.
