Custom superflat world

I'm trying to create a superflat JUNGLE world. It doesn't have to have trees, all I want is the grass to be the same color as in jungle biomes, is it possible to do it?

There's gotta be some way.
I've been messing around with 1.8 custom worlds, and I've found out that you can stretch things to be higher than usual. Maybe (somehow) you can use that to make everything as flat as possible, then change the biome to Jungle?
That might work, but your worlds might not be "superflat" (still have little bumps here and there).

U can use MCedit as thenubslayer2000 said or world edit or there may even be a world genorator out there that dose this sort of thing.
