Only unless you got the bukkit plugin (Choptree) Or unless everyone else has it installed on the server (VERY RARE)

Ok thanks but sadly i dont use a bukkit sever at the mo (make my laptop lag)

For me, bukkit takes less RAM and CPU... I dunno why though.
Maybe because it uses CMD for the commands and server monitoring.

No it doesnt actually.
But there is a plugin that is basically the multiplayer version of it.
Its called : Choptree
