The Editable Book's GUI interface shows white with a cut off "MISSING" on it and it will not show the button to flip to the next page. I have the default texture so shouldn't it work? I looked in minecraft.jar and the interface is how it should look but not in game. Please Help.

Mojang really screwed up with updating early.

i am a modder this means that the GUI iage is missing try redownloading or google to find the GUI image

Try deleting all minecraft files then redownload them if it doest work then idk what to tell you
