Fixing the color chat - How??
Anyone know how to fix the minecraft color chat? It's all solid white and a major pain to read. I can't seem to fix it. They say it's something about changing shadows and color, but wth does that even mean, I don't touch that .jar jazz, so wat the heck??

So download it from there. To get it you will need winrar or 7 zip. You open your minecraft.jar and plop the file you get from there into it. Also, make sure you delete the META-INF file. DO NOT LET MINECRAFT RUN WELL DOING IT

lol but he never fixed it for certain computers. There is a class for the minecraft.jar that fixes it, I just am having troubles finding the download for it. If I find it I will leave the link in here.
Yea the language packs have Sort of F*cked a few things up I've seen it with lots of people, Wait for the release of 1.2 and Jeb (Suck It Notch Jeb Is Better!) Will have probably of fixed it (Now who agrees that Jeb Is One Million times BETTER then Notch?)
&1 and up to &9 and &f Are all colour codes But do you mean the colours you see in chat or the names above people?
it's not that I mean the usual colored chat, like, the titles and such are all white. Can't tell anything about anything and it's all just white. Texture pack isn't it, and idk what u mean by &1 n jazz.
Texture packs sometimes have different coloured text and such.
um what? And I don't own the server lolz..
You can colour your own message with &1 , &2 , &3 , &4 , & 5 and so on.
Colour codes are now available in Multiplayer.
For names you use Bukkit on your own server.
