This isn't much of a ghost in the code, more like a weird glitch, but one time around mid 2012, I was playing MC, running around in a mountainous area, and I came across the surface cave, like a big crater, with just this entire pond, with no blocks attached, just floating there like "sup?" O.o I just walked off like.."okay..?"
