I play Minecraft windows 10 edition and I don't prefer any this forge or fabric simply

I prefer forge, it has a larger amount of mods, and older mods for older versions of MC don't really work with fabric.



That being said, fabric is better if you want to play on latest versions.



I like to play the latest versions, but if I'm playing modded, whatever version the mods work on.

I've only been on Java since March (before that I'd been on Xbox One Edition since February 2015), and I've been able to experience both Forge and Fabric. Personally I prefer Fabric given it's more compatible with many of the newer mods. I'm currently on 1.17, initially I started with 1.16.5 and I can't really say there's much difference between the two
