Wow, only 8% out of the 25 people who voted (2 people) said they wouldn't watch it, the other 92% said they would (I understand I can't entertain everyone, but also like to reach as large as an audience as possible)! Thanks for all of the feedback, everyone, I will make sure to post any updates! I am working on my channel right now, and I plan to do some of my first videos with my little cousin, who will also be in my intro video.

Ok, what you could do to make it a bit more interesting is, if you could, make a timelaspe at the end of the series showing the time that it took to build all this. I quite think that attempted (or successful) raids could be very interesting with you all trying to defend. That's my thoughts!

I hope it'll be successful, and I hope you pick up a few subscribers!

I actually LOVE the idea. Although I wouldn't rush it if I were you. This is obviously not familiar with many minecrafters so you should do some regular series like Warlords, survival or factions or something until you have a good enough amount of suscribers to support you on this series. So, I am very familiar with this kind of stuff so if you have any questions about anything regarding this then feel free to send me a message, I'll also help set this up if you want, I can advertise you as this sounds it could be really awesome.

I think Mods aren't that good of a idea at all, having plain out vanilla Minecraft is more enjoyable and relatable. IIalso think the missions wouldn't seem entertaining, just building a civilization and trying to mess with and stop the other teams seems fun.

The important thing with YouTubing is if you are having real fun then your audience will have fun watching you.

I have taken all of your ideas into consideration, especially about more people, and monorail, what do you think I could do to make it more interesting? Also, I'm planning on adding missions/achievements, to add some more aspect than just building, and the basics. I might also make it modded. Please suggest mods to add, and missions that we could achieve. Thanks for all of your support!!!

As Rawkstarscotty suggested, having 2-3 per team so each episode you could switch to how each is doing and also so it wouldn't be boring and having the 2-3 (yo could have each group be in a skype call so the other teams won't know what you are up to and such) people in each group interact and amuse the audience.
Also, I suggest that instead of making a Kingdom, your aim is to make any type of civilization in general so it's more creative and original and so each team can have there own personal touch on what they are making as King is very specific.
Not only would I watch this, but I would want to try it myself with my friends, it sounds like a really fun idea.

Seems like it would be interesting, but might be a bit boring watching you build, then fighting/raiding or whatever you do. I like the idea though, just seems like it would be a bit boring. (At the start, anyway.) But I'd definitely give it a try!

If you could get that many people, I would recommend getting 8 people instead, (2 to each kingdom. A "King/Queen" and a "Royal Guard/Adviser/Second in Command") You could also install a mod or plugin of some kind that might automatically spawn villagers as civilians relative to how large the kingdom is.

(Also, I might watch it.)
