if it is a skin: you have to create a 32x64 png image and draw the skin on it.
a lot skinners use this program to make a skin.
for projects you have to build something in a world then you have to go to the minecraft
saves file and put the worldsave in a zip file, upload the file on mediafire (or another simular site) and if you are ready with that you can go to projects and then you have to click ''post your project, then you can describe your build. and after that you can past the mediafire link into the download worldsave box and click save.
