Please do not say I need a desktop, because I build one a month ago, but I need to have a laptop with the power of a desktop when I travel for swim.

Is it designed to look like a brick? I would get something that looks a little better, I wonder why Asus went with that kind of look. Otherwise, the specs look good for the price, but I would check into those reviews as they are not the best.

Just so you know, even though minecraft is not a super high intense game, it only uses one core out of a certain amount of cores (usually 2-4 in laptops, 4-12 in Desktops). You will need to find a laptop with maybe a bit higher Ghz per core. Minecraft apparently recommends 2.6 ghz but you may want higher. This laptop looks really boss, but you may want one with, again, higher ghz per core. Otherwise, this computer can tackle nearly anything you throw at it. The only games it can run with slight less fps is games that cant multi core utilize.

I know this is out of your budget, but I wanted to show you this computer. It looks amazing
