First time i ever played i was 4 on my dad’s computer and walked into a one block and then quit that was like 10ish years ago, and I actually got really into it because of my best friend and youtubers at 6 or 7

My brother found the old PaulSoaresJr videos and showed them to me in 2011ish

I went to a friends house almost 10 years ago and they showed me Minecraft and some basic redstone in a creative world, as well as some survival, I remember hunger hadn’t been added yet and it was really dark at night, but it blew my mind. And so a year or two later I got Minecraft.

I knew about minecraft long before starting to play, but i only started playing after my friends were playing it one night, i asked what they were playing and they were playing minecraft, so it took me like a day of being excluded but i convinced my parents to let me play it :)

Friend introduced me in Java Alpha, thought I'd like it. The reason: I liked the open sandbox aspect of the game and freedom to do whatever you wanted.

Without stampylonghead, I think I won't playing Minecraft now.

I actually found out about Minecraft randomly while playing Xbox, I got to play the demo and had fun, but I seem to remember being scared of the game for a while because I got killed by a wolf lol (I was like 7 then, I was a scaredy cat lol). Then about a year or so later, I saw videos of people playing Minecraft and having fun with it, and I was able to convince my grandma to buy it for the 360. Been a wild ride since then. :D
