I was just wondering, if I wanted around 80 in-game items to be changed, how much would it cost? It's a gun's texture pack btw.

To get someone to make it, im guessing around 100-200$ but depends on various aspects of the pack.

making a texture pack is free, you can make them in paint.net or various other methods
