Is there a blacklist for server owners?

So I am a owner of a pretty small SMP, and obviously I have to ban alot of hackers and exploiters. I was wondering if there is a sort of discord server or hub for server owners and amins to exchange blacklists and just discuss running a server in general. Thanks in advance :D

I don't know anything about the site but https://www.mcbans.com/ came up on a search.
There was a large flap back in 2022 about MS/Mj's plans to ban accounts from all servers and/or single player, but it seems to have passed with a whimper after the pushback. Don't know what the current status of the 'project' is, nuch less how one would obtain access….
