Is there any mod to increase fps?
I'm like to play Minecraft. I played it since 2014, and for that long, I stuck with less than 10-40 fps. And now 1.15 made it even lower.
I tried to disable all the unnecessary effects and turn render the distance to 5 chunks( i played on optifine client).
I hope there is any mod to make my game more enjoyable

Generally speaking, mods usually lower FPS if they have any impact at all. You could try Getting optifine to work. That allows you to lower more settings . Also, if your computer has 2 gigs or more RAM, you may be able to adjust the java arguments to allow minecraft to use more ram.
For the most immediate and easy boost though, lower your render distance.

you can get a minecraft pvp texture pack, which has a FPS boost. You can also you to the minecraft settings and find frames per second. put the FPS at quake pro, which I think is 100 FPS.

there is this old texturepack called ocd that will boost your frames by 1-3, that's the only other thing I can think of that others haven't suggested

I recommend using the Badlion client. It utilises Better Frames (their own mod) in combination with Optifine to increase your FPS.

idk much about badlion, but as i remembered Badlion is 1.8.9. but i would like to play single player rather than multiplayer pvp

Badlion client works in solo as well

Badlion offers versions ranging from 1.7.10 to 1.16.

badlion installs malware tho sooooo
you know it's less safe that hack clients which is ironic

how does it not? installing some random exe file from a shady site to "play" minecraft is really sketchy and mind you I downloaded it from the official site

other than using optifine's fast render and fast math features and just generally going through optifine's performance features nothing comes to mind

Nothing in addition to OptiFine will make a substantial difference, especially at that performance level. If you've been having serious performance issues for 6 years, it may be time to upgrade.
If I were you, I'd head to eBay and pick up an old workstation from a business surplus seller. Companies typically upgrade their computers on a 2-5 year cycle, so you can usually find some recent gear for cheap! Something like a Dell OptiPlex 790 with an Intel i5 and 8 GB RAM would work perfectly. If you want a huge improvement, add in a cheap low-power graphics card, like an Nvidia GT 1030 (get one that says it has GDDR5 memory). All-in, you're looking at around $80-100 for the computer, $80 for the graphics card, and $20-50 for a decent solid-state drive to make the system snappy.
If you need something portable, there are quite a few decent laptops in the $250-400 price range with AMD Ryzen CPUs with pretty good Vega graphics. Look for a Ryzen 3 3200U processor or better, and you'll be set.

No problem! If you want to go full custom, name your budget and I can try to put something together as well.
