ok guys so i have a question. With what plugin do u use this. I am trying to make it so it says owner next to my minecraft IGN and so it says Admin right next to my friends mc IGN, if anyone knows what im talking about please help me.

Group manager is the best for ranks and rank permissions, and easy to configure, better than pex, etc.
It won't work without a chat plugin.
Get mChatSuite.

i can do it for you IG its easy will take me like 2 to set up all ranks.

Then click "Find This Project on BukkitDev!"
Then you download it, and add it to your server.
Refresh the server and open the config files.
It will tell you clear instructions.

You need PermissionsEx or PEX for short, it isn't that hard to configure, you just need to find a tutorial on Youtube and have a brain, I think it's possible to be in possetion of those two thngs, my work here is done! Lolz!
