Ok so first of all, i am not 100% sure but i saw a video of herobrine in the 1.2.5 update some time back (I mean the video was made a while back, i saw it today.) but now, i decompiled the source code of 1.2.5 in eclipse and searched up herobrine and i searched through all the files and found...0 RESULTS!!! so i wish to no longer let pepole be scared, but theres still the 1.5.1 code to check...

Why did people fall for this joke in the first place? It's a joke people, stop being so serious about a joke!

The code has already been checked many, many times, never with any positive (or should I say negative) results (unless the person checking it happens to have a Herobrine mod on...).

Herobrine was never real. The "- Removed Herobrine" text in updates has always been a joke from Notch previously, and Jeb now.
